  • Weather-Related Cancellations:
    If your guide determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe and cancels the trip, you will receive a 100% refund.

All weather decisions are made at the sole discretion of the captain or guide, with safety as the top priority. Weather conditions in Southeast Alaska can change quickly, and not all unfavorable forecasts result in cancellation.

5. Captain Qualifications & Maritime Compliance

All fishing charters are operated by properly licensed captains in compliance with applicable maritime laws, including:

6. Assumption of Risk

Fishing and marine activities involve inherent risks, including weather, sea conditions, wildlife, and physical exertion. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
