We had the most amazing time with Grayson this week. Grayson went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and having a blast. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER! We did the 5-Hour Combo tour and all 3 of us, ages ranging from 23-80 years old were not only able to each reel in a Halibut, but caught plenty of Salmon too! We booked a guided fishing trip with Ketchikan’s Finest Fishing Charters and it absolutely lived up to the name. Our guide (and owner), Luke, was outstanding from start to finish. After a short 15-minute boat ride, we were on the fish almost immediately. We even had a surprise whale sighting (multiple times!) which made it extra special. Ketchikan ended up being our favorite stop on the cruise, and this fishing trip was the biggest reason why. Can’t recommend Luke and his crew enough. We’ll definitely be back!

The best excursion we experienced in Alaska!
Eight family members (age ranging from pre-teen through early 50's) enjoyed a half-day of halibut fishing with Ketchikan's Finest Fishing Charters. Lots of fish were caught, laughter shared and memories made. The fish were filleted, packaged, flash-frozen and shipped to Oregon in a few days. Captain Tony was on top of everything and made the day unforgettable! Hit our limits for both halibut and salmon all in 3 hours! Wouldn’t change a thing about how the day went and how it was run. Everything was smooth and seamless from greeting us at the dock as we exited our ship to the very end. They even handled bringing our fish to a processor to have it over night shipped on our requested date. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a half or full day of fishing in Ketchikan especially if on a limited time window like we were being on a cruise!

Captain Lucas and first mate Rudy were awesome! Super knowledgeable. Every person in our group caught multiple fish and had a fabulous time. Saw a whale, eagle, bear, huge sea lion, so many salmon in and out of the water, misty mountains and glittering water. Everyone in our group loved the trip.
